The location of Ac Hotel was fantastic, situated in one of the best parts of DC. We were able to easily explore the city and visit various museums with a short drive. The room itself was clean, cozy, and had a nice shower. The hotel also gave us a complimentary gift card to use at their restaurant for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is conveniently located near several attractions and has many great amenities. Guests can enjoy a beautiful lobby with complimentary morning coffee and fresh cucumber water. Rooms come with modern, updated decor, Netflix, and cool toiletries. Some rooms also have outside eating areas.

The bar manager's behavior was unprofessional and left guests feeling unwelcome.

The front desk staff was always friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service with a smile. the swanky and updated decor of the hotel gave off a modern vibe that I appreciated. Additionally, the hotel's key location made it convenient for me to access various attractions and amenities in the area.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several negative experiences. there was a major issue with the windows as they were unable to be opened, leading to poor ventilation.
